The TGS is an up and coming neighborhood located just south of Tower Grove Park and the Missouri Botanical Gardens. The relatively cheap charming 100 year old brick houses, close proximity to the South Grand business district (a great stretch of ethnic restaurants, outdoor cafes, bars, and coffee shops) and friendly neighbors make this a great place to buy or rent property. I bought a house here with my girlfriend a couple of years ago and we love the house and the neighborhood.
