i found this little spot when i used to be a resident of the district. ride you bike over the south capitol bridge into anacostia and find this secluded, not-so-hard-to-access place to take in a view of the new stadium across the river while you do whatever you like. i try to make it a point to visit this spot everytime i go back to dc.
