Let it be noted that in addition to cool books etc. this bookstore also has a couple of resident cats. Worth visiting solely for the chance to maybe have some kind of interaction with them.

art books and such »
there's a great selection of books on art, photography, graphic design, typography, modern everything - lots of hard-to-find stuff you wouldn't be able to get at barnes and noble. there's also a modest fiction selection and some shelves of used books, but really the highlight is all the art stuff and obscure magazines. no couches or chairs inside, so you'll be doing all your perusing while standing.
