You can find Santiago's all over the Front Range, and you should seek it out. The reason is they kill it every time. There is something about their green chile that makes for insane loyalty. It is the best there is. Others may lay claim to the title, but they are pretenders to the Santiago's throne. It has been months since I have had it, but even the thought makes my mouth water. I have green chile flashbacks and they are happy times. You can work up to the hot if you're a novice, the work will pay off. It may hurt at first, but it hurts so good.
