Food adventures galore! »

5.0 Stars

Located out in a suburb near the airport, this market is a hidden gem. There are countless vibrant stalls selling "Prada" bags and "Dolce and Gabana" sunglasses, along with random sword booths, bizarre fruits and bamboo vendors. The highlight by far is the food section. There were countless bizarre Asian dishes to try. Curry fish balls, pig intestine kabobs, fried squid complete with tentacles, etc. A food adventure seeker's dream. One exceptionally weird thing was the Dragon Beard candy. It's kind of a combination between Shredded Wheat and cotton balls as you put it in your mouth. My favorite part of this place- no tourists. It was mostly just young local people.
