Very much off the beaten path »

5.0 Stars

It was so far off of the beaten path that our cab driver didn't even know where it was. Through asking for directions, he eventually found it after climbing high above the city and far from all tourists. This site is exceptional. It's very well preserved with helpful guides, breathtaking views of the Acapulco bay and nary a tourist in sight. These petroglyphs date back to 200 BC and one even displays the Aztec creation myth.
