If Reykjavik's the world's northernmost capital, this might be the world's northernmost flea market. Folks crowd this gigantic space by the harbor on weekends and browse stall after stall of vintage Icelandic sweaters, weird records, and other assorted antiques and clothing you'd imagine at an Icelandic flea market. The real draw, for the gastronomically adventurous, is the food section of the market. Here, you can snack on any dried fish imaginable for cheap, buy some shark or whale meat, and find freshly made skyr, which is the world's most delicious and least fattening yogurt on the planet.
