From the people who brought you...well actually, something like five of the biggest and best nightlife people in town who aren't pretentious asses are in charge of this new monthly event. It just had its launch, and somehow they managed to take all of the good elements of nightlife in BA and ditch the bad ones. Officially KIMY BALLROOM is a Kim Y Novak party and features many of its regulars, but this is the high-class version. Instead of a divey basement and crappy speaker system, we're talking incredible sound inside what by day is a bougie restaurant. Holy crap, the DJ line-up was great. DJ Kat from Berlin played what was maybe one of the best sets I've seen down here, all the drag queens were out in full force, and everyone dressed up and danced for at least 8 hours. They may have been shooting the non-sex scenes to a porn during my set...we will have to wait and see.

So: get on the list for free and dance until the sun's already up with some of the best and least pretentious DJs, artists, models, and weirdos in the whole city of Buenos Aires.
