From the same guys who own best-beer-bar-in-brooklyn Spuyten Duyvil across the street, Fette Sau is their foray into barbecue, featuring a smoker that can slow-cook 700lbs. of meat at a time. I guess you can't really say they do anything half-assed, eh? The barbecue really is something special, and the fact that you're eating it in a converted auto body shop is pretty neat too. The menu is constantly rotating, but don't worry - everything is good.
