This is one of those places that may be on the well tread tourist path, but really is that popular for a reason. There's nowhere else in the world that you can experience something like this.

I was there in March, so it was right at freezing outside. It was such a cool experience to be in the geothermal water while it was so cold out.

They recommend putting conditioner in your hair before you even get in the water and I wish I would've done that. My hair was crispy crunchy from the minerals for days after.
