Could it be the next Palermo-something? Judging by the influx of pouting hipsters, a new cupcake bakery, and a lot of younger aspiring musicians and all-around art people still loving that cheap rent, chances are the answer is yes. Colegiales is poised to be next hot neighborhood for locals...and perhaps a popular spot for tourists to hang out a few years down the line.
